4 - WEEK SERIES FOR NONPROFIT LEADERS
RESILIENCE & REIMAGINING
The world in the U.S. is shifting beneath our feet.
Systems we’ve long relied on—the fabric that once held our society together—is unraveling.
If you lead in the nonprofit sector, you already know this:
You’re holding the pieces. You’re carrying decisions that feel impossibly heavy.
In times like these, fear takes the wheel. And when our nervous systems are frayed, that fear tells convincing stories:
-
“My board won’t back this.”
-
“The money can’t be raised.”
-
“I can’t afford to prioritize.”
-
“No one’s listening.”
But clarity is possible even in the chaos.
This 4-week series is here to help you regroup, refocus, and build a community of support.

Come As You Are
There’s no one “right” way to lead in uncertain times.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, and ask real questions like:
What’s worth saving?
What’s mine to carry?
And what could emerge if I stopped leading from fear?
It's hard to learn when you already know...so an open mind is essential.
